Welcome, fellow companions on this journey called life.

Our healing journey shatters paradigms, gives birth to creativity, and ultimately changes the world, because we chose to heal ourselves.

Ariadne's Thread is a container, which metaphorically I will be using a labyrinth, in which I will share my personal story of healing and transformation through the mind-body-spirit connection.

In sharing my story and the wisdom gathered along the way. I hope to touch your journey and offer new possibilities and support.

We are all on a journey, and it is our connections that we can support others along the way.

My journey uncovered personal gifts of

I teach from lived experience, which I hope will empower you.

My communication style is speaking from the heart and making sure others feel seen.

Intuition is the "sixth" sense, which engages mind-body-nervous system intelligence.

I am not afraid to engage in shadow work, truth, taboo topics, transformation, grief, and trauma.
